Amazon sells T-shirts that mention Kamala Harris (Kamala Harris) in offensive terms

Social media broke out last Tuesday because the T-shirts sold on Amazon used offensive language that many believed to be sexism and racism to refer to Senator Kamala Harris.
As of Tuesday night, there are multiple versions of shirts labeled “Joe and the Hoe” on sale on Amazon. Harris’ right-wing critics offered offensive language after announcing that she had been selected as the running mate of former Vice President Joe Biden last week.
An Amazon spokesperson told Newsweek in a statement: “All sellers must abide by our sales guidelines, otherwise those sellers will be subject to possible actions including cancellation of their accounts.” “The product has been deleted.”
However, despite Amazon’s statement that the product has been deleted, as of early Wednesday morning, searching for “Joe and the Hoe T-shirts” revealed many shirts for sale.
The appearance of slogans on shirts that the retail giants can sell, coupled with the Prime delivery service, quickly aroused anger and called on Amazon to boycott the company if the company does not withdraw the products and ban sellers who provide these products.
Twitter user @OleanderNectar tweeted: “@amazon saw a T-shirt with Joe and the head printed on it.” “When did you start selling racist filth like this? I hope my Prime Minister membership will be cancelled soon.

User @MaxineDevri said on Twitter: “Amazon, take off the T-shirts that say Joe and The Hoe 2020 Vote No.” “This is annoying, sexist and racist. It’s you who are shameful.”

@QC_Bombchelle tweeted: “@amazon counted your days! You can’t let your supplier disrespect @KamalaHarris.” “I have never seen other female candidates able to do this!”

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Donald Trump in February. She used offensive language to refer to Harris on Friday while repeating Degraded reports about her past, including undocumented claims that she served as an “escort.”
Limbaugh shared an article accusing Harris of “falling asleep” into politics after talking about freelance NBA photographer Bill Baptist. Bill Baptist was banned from reporting on basketball leagues last week after sharing a slogan on social media.
Limbaugh said, “[The Baptist Church] posted a picture with the words “Joe and the head, image head”. “Now, Joe and the head, what do you think is going on? ”
Other public figures opposed to Harris’ remarks include the Republican Mayor of Luray, Virginia, Barry Presgraves, who recently posted on Facebook that Biden “just announced Aunt Jemima” as a campaign News from partners. Presgraves later deleted the post and apologized, but supporters jumped up to defend his defense, including Trump’s country representative Dean Peterson, who claimed that the slander was racist and was “a racist within himself”.
The offensive products offered on Amazon are provided by third-party sellers. The company has been repeatedly criticized for allowing sellers to provide offensive products. Last year, a children’s T-shirt with the slogan “Daddy’s Little Slut” went on the market. Earlier this year, the company was strongly opposed for allowing the sale of “Let’s Make Down Syndrome Extinct” shirts.
Update 8/19 12:00 am: This article has been updated to note that although an Amazon spokesperson stated that the shirt has been removed, the shirt is still displayed in the Amazon store.
